UNIQUECANOPY RETURN POLICY

30-Day Return Period: If you have an issue, the item must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Issues reported after 30 days will be handled by the manufacturer's warranty.

This policy does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from improper use or natural accidents.

Returning Items

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges.

Only items that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for a refund.

Items with obvious signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted for a refund.

When do we pay for the return freight?

  • Package damaged upon arrival
  • Received the wrong item

When does the buyer pay for the return freight?

  • "Doesn't suit me"
  • "I changed my mind"
  • "Arrived too late"
  • "Looks different from the image on the site"

How Do I Return an Item?

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@uniquecanopy.com.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (like FedEx) for your return.

How to Get a Refund?

Contact our customer service with pictures and specific information about the issue. Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Exchanges

Items for exchange must be in new, unused condition and in their original packaging, including all accessories, warranty cards, and manuals.

The customer is responsible for all associated return shipping costs.

Please note: We do not accept returns for custom printed orders.
