- Confirm the Mock-up: Our staff will contact you to create a product design. Please review your mock-up and request any necessary design changes. Our design team will work with you to make adjustments and finalize the design to ensure it meets your expectations before production. We will not start production until you confirm.
- Production Time: Once the design is confirmed, the standard production time is 8-10 business days (before shipping).
- Shipping and Delivery: Once the order is produced and a shipping label is created, we will email you the package tracking information.
