Warranty Scope
This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship only. It does not cover damage caused by wind, rain, snow, or any other acts of nature. The warranty is void if the product has been altered or modified in any way.
Claim Requirements
To make a warranty claim, you must provide proof of purchase and photographs of the damaged product. Please submit these materials to our customer service team for evaluation.

Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any personal loss, injury, or direct or indirect incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this product.
Customized Product Warranty
Custom printed products carry a 1-year limited warranty on the frame and printed fabric. Please note: Once the design artwork is approved by the customer, the company is no longer responsible for any issues related to the design, such as typos or color discrepancies.
Authorized Seller Policy
The warranty is only valid for products purchased from authorized UNIQUECANOPY dealers. Proof of purchase from an authorized seller is required for all warranty claims.
